⭐️💫A huge thank you to Jade Unahi & Moko Wanahi for the delicious hāngi we ate today. We are extremely lucky to have you do this for the students each year. 👌🏽⭐️ Thank you also to Kim Cambridge for the delicious fry bread & Hamish Wilson for helping out also. 🪏🪏 Special thanks to the CV Kindergarten for the desserts! 😋

Lunchtime Hangi for the CVPS Students
Wednesday 24th June

We do not expect one family to buy 10 kg of produce. Please when you state what you want to contribute just add the amount in the comments on this facebook post. 😁

🧫12 roasting dishes for food to be cooked in (foil trays)
🐑Lamb legs x 2
🐓Defrosted large chickens x 10 (ideally in an oven bag)
🥔10 kg Potatoes
🍠10 kg Kumara
🥕Carrots x 4 bags
🌿4 packets of mixed herbs
🧈1.5 kg butter
🍞10 loaves of bread
Oven bags X 2

Our new entrant / Year 1 got see to sheep being shorn this morning. They helped sweep the wool, and they also learnt about what we can make from wool. For some this was a first time experience.
