Exciting Things Happening at Te Puna Kelston!
We have some exciting events taking place this week, and we'd love for our whānau and community to join us.
🌏Cultural Day – Wednesday
This Wednesday, we will be celebrating the many diverse cultures that make our Centre so special. It is a wonderful opportunity to come together, share, learn, and celebrate the unique traditions, languages, stories, and experiences that enrich our centre.
We invite all our tamariki and whānau to come dressed in cultural attire, sports uniforms, or clothing that represents who they are and where they come from. Feel free to bring along a favourite cultural dish to share if you would like.
Together, let's celebrate the diversity that makes our Kelston community such a vibrant and welcoming place.
We look forward to seeing you there!

When: Friday 5th June 2026

Our preschoolers enjoy taking part in daily yoga sessions, creating a calm and grounding moment within their routine. These experiences support tamariki to slow their bodies, regulate their emotions, and reset for the day ahead. Through gentle movement, breathing, and stillness, they are learning to recognise how their bodies feel and how to respond in positive ways. Yoga also strengthens their social and emotional competence, as they practice patience, focus, and awareness alongside their peers.
