Join me for the debut of 'deeply authentic' at Morph Festival 2026 - 26-29 March. 'Deeply authentic' is a relational workshop emerging from the intersection of inner-child awareness, authentic relating, and my lived journey of self-discovery. It’s a space for those who feel the pull to reconnect with themselves and show up with greater honesty and courage in their relationships.
Together, we explore the inner landscape - the tenderness, needs, patterns, and unique gifts that shape how we relate - and gently bridge that inner awareness into the outer world of connection. Through guided practices, inquiry, and relational exercises, we open pathways for clarity, vulnerability, and deeper alignment.
This is a facilitated personal development workshop and not a therapy or counselling service.
At the heart of this work is a simple truth:
“We can only be as honest with each other as we are with ourselves.”
This workshop invites you to practice that truth in a grounded, compassionate, and supportive environment. It is an invitation to soften into yourself, expand your capacity for presence, and experience connection that feels real and nourishing.
