As the colder months settle in, it’s important that we continue to care for our tinana, hinengaro, mauri and wairua.

Join us for an uplifting Winter Wellness Workshop designed to support whaanau with simple holistic ways to strengthen hauora during the winter season.

This kaupapa will offer opportunities to nourish yourself through koorero, wellbeing practices and community connection. Whaanau will also have the opportunity to receive mirimiri from our kaimirimiri throughout the workshop, creating space for release and fostering restoration.

All participants will receive a Te Manu Aute Whare Oranga Rongoaa Pack to support their hauora throughout winter.

As spaces are limited, priority will be given to whaanau who are new to Te Manu Aute Whare Oranga and have not yet attended previous rongoaa kaupapa this year.

There are only 28 spaces available so please only register if you are genuinely committed to attending, a waitlist will also be created once registrations are full.
