Today we celebrated India’s Independence Day with joy, colour, culture and creativity! ❤️🤍💚 Our children enjoyed making the Indian flag, creating rangoli and mehndi designs, and dancing to lively Hindi music. 💃🎨🇮🇳

This week, our tamariki will enjoy lots of fun, hands-on, and engaging activities as they learn about the Cook Islands’ beautiful language, culture, traditions, music, dance, stories, and art.

🌙✨ PJ & Movie Day Fun at Cuddly Kiwis! ✨🌙

What a lovely sight it was to see our tamariki and Kaiako dressed in their beautiful, cozy PJs, ready for a fun-filled movie day! 🧸🍿 The children enjoyed a relaxing time together, sharing laughter, conversations, and creating special memories with their friends and kaiako.

A big thank you to all our wonderful whānau for your generous contributions of shared snacks for our tamariki. Your support helped make today even more special and enjoyable for everyone. 💛

🎒🏫 Transition to School Visit 🏫🎒

Our 4 years and older tamariki enjoyed a wonderful transition-to-school visit to the local primary school as they prepare for the next exciting step in their learning journey.

The children had the opportunity to explore the classroom environment, meet teachers, interact with school students, and take part in fun learning experiences. These visits help build confidence, independence, and familiarity, making the move from early childhood education to school a positive and exciting experience.

At Cuddly Kiwis Childcare, we are committed to supporting every child’s transition by working closely with schools and whānau to ensure they feel confident, capable, and ready for this important milestone.
