The Kainga Ora development at 172-178 Wellington Street Pukekohe is now under construction. This development needs to be put on HOLD so that an assessment can be made to determine if expansion of the Parkside Specialist School for children with disabilities would be a better use for this land. Basically, what is best for Kainga Ora may not be the best result for the Franklin area. Kainga Ora have rebuffed requests to consult with the community and now parliamentary intervention is required. Please read the link and sign if you agree. Your support is appreciated.
