From 10am, they’ll double all donations (up to $500) made to my official Pink Ribbon support page below, with a total pool of $30,000 available. This is a brilliant opportunity to raise a big sum for Breast Cancer Foundation NZ to help fund research and support services.

This is a great introduction to the concept of Mental Fitness - noticing when your great guardians turned to sabotage you and knowing what to do to come back to your sage self. The Mental Fitness Training of Positive Intelligence© showed me that way and I am grateful to be able to share the wisdom of this programme with my clients.
Saboteurs start off as your guardians to help you survive the real and imagined threats to your physical and emotional survival as a child.
By the time you're an adult, you no longer need them, but they have become invisible inhabitants of your mind.
Your Saboteurs’ patterns of thinking, feeling, and reacting become soft-coded in your brain through neural pathways. When these neural pathways are triggered, your mind becomes “hijacked.”
