The Term Mental Health is repugnant to me as people are labelled and presumed to have some form of sickness of sorts. There is not a single test one can do to test for a behavioural disorder.
People do become dysfunctional but that is an environmental issue or a false belief system, such as helplessness and worthlessness; resulting in Depression, Inner Insecurity (self Esteem), which are false Inner self belief systems and not mental disease or disorder. Depression as an example is the direct result of your present environment you are functioning In. There is no pill that can change your environment or circumstances.
