Cavalli College’s New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing — Advanced Care and Support Level 4 helps experienced care workers gain a recognised qualification that may support promotion, senior support roles and qualification-based pay equity pathways where applicable.

This programme is:
35 weeks
NZQA approved
120 credits
eligible under the aged care and support pay equity settlement
supported by guaranteed professional placements
delivered by a Category One NZQA provider

You will complete 200 hours of professional placement, supported by Cavalli College, so you can connect your learning to real-world care practice.
