Southern Cross Education Success comes from education. The chief director, Gordon Chang, was a Biology teacher in Affiliated Senior High School of National Taiwan Normal University.

He has taught thousands of students in 10 and more tuition institution that were dedicated to help their student enter top universities and medical schools.
