Self worth comes from inside you not from your social status or social currency. You are worthy because you are you and there isn’t another person on the planet like you. Stop leaving it in the hands of others. It makes no sense!
It’s a tough year worldwide, I think our resilience is being tested. Be kind to yourself and others. Life isn’t easy at the best of times. Compassion is most necessary right now.
Understanding yourself allows you to better navigate through life. You are able to make better decisions that will bring you joy and fulfilment. You can’t even know what you want without defining and naming who you are first.
Do the work.
You are whole as you are but you are not finished. If you are still on this earth then you still have learning and growing to do. Take up EVERY opportunity to get about doing that!
As you move through the world you are constantly making connections between things, it’s time you started to become more aware of this concept & how these correlations impact your actions and society.

your own independent thoughts and opinions. To ALWAYS question and challenge the status quo.
This doesn’t happen nearly enough and we often get stuck in “groupthink” which by definition “resulting typically in unchallenged, poor-quality decision-making.”
Be curious. Seek knowledge. Be brave.
Now more than EVER we all have to stand up and speak out against injustice. Against close minds, racism, sexism and ALL inequality.
I don’t know about you, but I’m done hearing excuses as to why someone didn’t...... of this doesn’t matter I really don’t know what does?!!
Feel your feelings. Accept your emotions and allow them to pass through you. It’s ok not to be ok all the time. It’s all part of the journey.
Our expectations of ourselves, others and the future is the cause of most of our suffering. At some point you have to accept that you don’t have full control and they have to expect the unexpected to happen and that , that’s ok too. Embrace uncertainty and rise up to the challenges.
It’s important to do things that test, stretch and grow our mental strength aka, resilience. We have to jump into the deep end and do things that are uncomfortable and prove to OURSELVES time and time again that we can do it. We can do things that we thought we couldn’t or that seemed impossible. This is the only way to self improvement and evolution.
Overcome your thoughts of self doubt and do something you didn’t think you could and watch your confidence grow too! Have that awkward chat, ask that person to hang out, try a run, try to cook, whatever it is. Do it. You can only
learn if you do it.
What “things” are you willing to give up in life for a certain outcome?
Life is just as much about sacrifices as it is about choices. If not even more so. We are constantly weighing up what we are willing to give up.
Family vs career, money vs time, material things vs experiences, being liked vs being honest.
Think deeply about whether your sacrifices align with your values. Others look to amend. Evolve. That’s the aim of this life game.
