Dr. Ly brings over a decade of experience teaching business courses across New Zealand, the USA, and the Vietnam Campus of an Australian university, where she utilized the Australian curriculum to enrich the learning experiences of her students.

🌍 About Dr. Emma Ly
Dr. Ly holds a Master’s and PhD from Marshall University (USA), Massey University, and the University of Auckland. She also completed a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching and Learning from RMIT University (Australia). Her expertise spans supply chain management, operations management, corporate finance, sustainable finance, and fintech—a diverse background that will undoubtedly enhance our academic programs.

Dr. Ly is also currently working as a Research Operations Advisor at the University of Auckland and is a member of the Production and Operations Management Society (POMS), the Australasian Research Management Society, and the European Association of Research Managers and Administrators (EARMA). Her involvement in these organizations highlights her commitment to advancing knowledge in business education and research.

We are excited to welcome Dr. Omer Nazir as our new Lecturer in Graduate Diploma in Business Level 7 and Research & Industry Liaison at Kingston International Business College!

Dr. Nazir brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective on the intersections of technology, ethics, and social change. With a PhD in Management from Massey University, his research addresses some of today’s most pressing issues, including modern slavery and the socio-economic impact of technology. His work aims to foster critical thinking and encourage meaningful social change – values that align perfectly with Kingston’s mission.

As our Research & Industry Liaison, Dr. Nazir will also play a pivotal role in connecting Kingston with industry partners, ensuring our students gain relevant, real-world insights and opportunities.
