Hi, I’m Kay, the proud owner of Baby Sensory Auckland City West!
I run classes in Grey Lynn, Mt Eden and Blockhouse Bay.
With over 20 years of experience working with babies, children and families, I have had the privilege of creating magical, engaging experiences through music, movement and sensory play. As well as running our award winning Baby Sensory classes, I absolutely love hosting first birthday parties that are fun, interactive and completely stress free for parents.

Every party is packed with music, bubbles, lights, puppets, parachutes, sensory activities and plenty of smiles, making it a truly memorable celebration for your little one and your guests.

We are so grateful for all the support from our wonderful families, our parties are now booked every weekend!

Tummy Time Ideas to Try at Home!

Stuck at home with your little one during the holidays or on a rainy day? Tummy time doesn’t have to be complicated! It helps strengthen your baby’s neck, shoulders, back and core muscles, all important for rolling, crawling and future milestones.

Try these simple ideas:
1. Lay down face-to-face with your baby
2. Use a baby-safe mirror
3. Sing songs and chat while they explore
4. Place a favourite toy just within reach
5. Prop up a high-contrast book to look at
6. Keep sessions short and fun, even just a few minutes at a time!

Remember, every little bit counts. Follow your baby’s cues, offer lots of encouragement, and celebrate their progress. Happy tummy time! 🥰

It was so lovely to meet our new families, well done to all the babies (and parents!) who came along for their very FIRST Baby Sensory class. You all did amazingly, and we hope you loved the experience!

And to all our returning families, thank you for coming back. It’s always so special to see how much your babies have grown and developed since we last saw them.

Everything is ready, and we can't wait to welcome families back for another magical term of Baby Sensory!

From the very first song to the bubbles, lights, sensory activities and smiles, every class is designed to create special memories while supporting your baby's development through play.
