Beachlands School is extremely proud of our 30 Year 7 & 8 athletes heading down to Tauranga to compete in the Zespri AIMS Games, starting this weekend and continuing throughout next week!
Our students will be joining over 14,500 competitors from nearly 450 schools across Aotearoa (as well as some guests from Australia and the Pacific Islands). Zespri AIMS Games School Sporting Championships is set to be an incredible week of sport, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Yesterday, our Intermediate team gathered for a special presentation to acknowledge these dedicated athletes and proudly announce our official school flag bearers for the Opening Ceremony!
Beachlands will be represented across seven different sports codes this year:
