Not all headaches start in your head 🧠 If yours starts at the base of your skull, gets worse the longer you’re at a screen, or flares up when you turn your head — it’s likely coming from your neck, not your brain.
Tight neck muscles + poor posture refer pain upward, and your brain reads it as a headache.
Swipe through, save this for next time it hits, and if it’s a regular thing for you, it’s worth getting your neck checked.

Yes, you can keep cracking your knuckles 👊🏽
It’s a habit not a health risk

My left or yours?! 😅
We don’t adjust randomly — every session starts with checking each segment for restricted movement before any adjustment is made. Trigger points are released first to reduce muscle tension, helping the joint move more freely. Once we find a restricted segment, a quick, controlled adjustment restores motion — restoring motion to a restricted joint can ease the muscle tension that builds up around it, and reduce the pain that comes with it ✨
Don’t worry no patients were harmed in the making of this reel 😅

This could be you. 🫵
Cracked like a glow stick and feeling brand new. ✨
That cracking sound? It’s called cavitation — gas bubbles in your joint fluid popping under pressure. Not bone. Not damage.
And fun fact — the crack itself doesn’t mean the adjustment worked. The restored movement and reduced tension after is the real win 💪
It’s so loud for what 😭

Why do we always tell you to drink more water? 👀💧
Your spinal discs are made up of about 80% water.
They act like shock absorbers, helping you move, bend, and handle everyday load.
Here’s where it gets interesting ⬇️
Throughout the day, your discs slowly lose water as you stay upright, move, and carry stress through your spine.
That’s why you’re actually a little taller in the morning and slightly shorter by the end of the day.
Sleep = recovery phase 💤
When you lie down, your discs rehydrate and regain height again.
What this means for you:
• Hydration plays a key role in disc health
• Movement helps keep them nourished
• Long periods of sitting or loading can compress them more
So yes… drinking your water actually matters more than you think
Take care of your spine, it’s working for you all day 🤝
