Watching creativity come to life!

After waiting for their clay creations to dry, the children had so much fun painting them with bright colors and adding their own unique touches. Every piece turned out different, and every smile made the experience even more special. We're so proud of their imagination and hard work!

This week we celebrate Cook Islands Language Week! 🇨🇰 Today we were honoured to welcome Papa Orumetua George Kopa, who opened our celebrations with a beautiful prayer. Thank you, Papa George, for your blessing as we begin a week of celebrating the Cook Islands language, culture, and identity. Meitaki ma'ata!

As we prepare to celebrate Cook Islands Language Week, our tamariki have been enthusiastically learning traditional Cook Islands drumming and dance.

Our girls and boys have worked hard to learn the movements, rhythms, and cultural traditions, and they are excited to share what they've been practising. We are so proud of their enthusiasm and respect for Cook Islands culture.

Mother’s Day Celebration at Our Kindergarten

Our little artists have been very busy this week preparing something special for the most important women in their lives.

The children lovingly created beautiful handmade cards filled with sweet messages, colourful drawings, and lots of love. To make the day extra special, they also gifted their mums a coffee cup — because every amazing mum deserves a warm cup of coffee and a big smile to start her day.

It was wonderful to see the excitement on the children’s faces as they prepared their surprises. We hope all our mums felt extra loved and appreciated today!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mums in our kindergarten community.

Our children found a feather and this little discovery turned into a magical moment.

Curious to explore, we added some dye and paper… and the results were incredible.

What started as one child’s imagination quickly drew a crowd. Soon, more children joined in, experimenting, drawing, and expressing their creativity in their own unique ways.
Moments like these remind me how powerful curiosity and imagination are in learning

We appreciate the John Walker Foundation for providing sports equipment, which the children are thoroughly enjoying.
