Another fantastic week of FREE Boxfit & Fitness programmes delivered across South Auckland.

it’s been awesome seeing so many young people getting active, learning new skills and giving Boxfit & Strength, conditioning training ago 🙌🏼🥊

Another thank you to CLM Community Sport | Counties Manukau through the Tū Manawa Active Aotearoa Fund for helping fund these programmes & making it possible for us to continue delivering free opportunities to schools & learning facilities throughout our communities.
Your support is helping remove barriers & creating healthier habits for our young people.
We can’t wait to do it all again next week 💛👊🏼

Our community classes at Aorere College, Papatoetoe start up again this week.
A great cardio workout incorporating boxing techniques to get the blood pumping.
You go at your pace, watch your strength grow from week 1.

This week our Pono Boxfit Train the Trainer – Rangatahi Edition gets underway! 🥊🔥

We’re excited to welcome a fantastic group of young people who will be developing their fitness, coaching, leadership and confidence skills over 2 days.

A huge thank you to ManaVa for their support in making this programme possible. Their funding has allowed us to provide this opportunity FREE of charge, helping remove barriers and create pathways for our young people to grow, lead and give back to their communities.
