Country Kids proudly took part in โHoods Up, Volume Downโโa nationwide โquiet hourโ initiative promoting sensory-friendly environments and support for the autistic community.
๐๐ฉต๐ Throughout the day, our tamariki engaged in calming sensory learning experiences, helping them develop self-regulation skills, mindfulness, and an understanding of how different environments impact their well-being. These experiences fostered empathy, inclusivity, and an appreciation for the diverse sensory needs of others. It was a beautiful opportunity to create a peaceful space where all children could feel comfortable, supported, and engaged in meaningful learning.
