Our tamariki have been busy outdoors exploring letters, numbers, and drawing wonderful pictures on our playground blackboards. Learning through play is always more fun in the fresh air!

Ka pai, tamariki! 💚

There was lots of excitement across the centre today as our tamariki explored some fantastic new resources that arrived yesterday! 🌿✨

From balancing beams that encouraged confidence and movement, to calming boxes that provide quiet spaces for regulation and wellbeing, these resources have already been a big hit.

We love creating environments that support play, learning, and belonging for all of our tamariki. 💚

Today our tamariki celebrated Royal Day for the King's Birthday, dressing up as royalty and taking turns on the Royal Toki Throne.

We loved seeing their smiles, confidence, and imagination shine as they embraced their royal roles for the day! 👑❤️

Our kaiako have been busy getting everything ready for tomorrow's King's Birthday celebrations. From crowns and castles to royal-themed activities, we can't wait to welcome our little kings, queens, princes, and princesses for a day of fun and learning.

This morning our little Pioneers explored a fun and engaging playdough table setup filled with colourful popsicle sticks and cookie cutters. The tamariki loved squishing, rolling, cutting, and creating while developing their fine motor skills and imagination through play. 💛

It was wonderful to see their curiosity and creativity shining as they explored the different colours and textures together. 🌟

On Friday we celebrated Pink Shirt Day by wearing pink, creating beautiful arts and crafts, enjoying a special whānau picnic, and sharing our aroha with one another. 🌸

It was a wonderful day filled with kindness, friendship, and learning about the importance of inclusion and standing together. We loved seeing our tamariki spread positivity and care throughout the centre. 💕

Our tamariki have been busy getting ready for Pink Shirt Day with a special pink picnic! 🌸🧺 From decorating and creating to sharing kindness and friendship, the excitement is building as we learn the importance of inclusion, respect, and standing up against bullying.

We can’t wait to celebrate together! 💕

Today the Adventures tamariki headed out into the paddock for a colourful adventure! As the letter of the week is *R*, we went on a rainbow colour hunt, searching high and low for all the beautiful colours we could find in nature. 🍃🌼🌈

The tamariki showed wonderful teamwork, curiosity, and excitement as they explored the outdoors and discovered colours all around them!
