Connolly School of Irish Dance
The Connolly Irish Dance school is one of the oldest in New Zealand. In 2013 Siobhan Lundon (Connolly), Clare’s youngest daughter, came back to N.Z.
Founded by Clare Connolly in 1977, the school has gone from strength to strength in recent years. Connolly was the first school in New Zealand to take an 8-hand Ceili team to the World Championships, and in 2012 will once again make history by being the first team from New Zealand to take a Senior Girls Open Figure to the Worlds in Belfast. after an 11-year career in Michael Flatley’s ‘Lord of the

39th place at the World Championships for our beautiful Gwyneth 🤍✨
Just one place off the recall, but her dancing was absolutely world class and she gave it her all. She lit up that stage and represented herself, her school, and her country so beautifully.
We couldn’t be more proud!

We are beyond excited to watch Gwyneth take the stage next week at the World Championships in Chicago. She is one of the hardest working dancers we know, and her dedication, passion, and commitment have been incredible to watch in the lead up.
We couldn’t be prouder and can’t wait to see her shine on the world stage. Go smash it, girl! ☘️💚

We are fundraising for our dancers who will be travelling internationally this year.
Come on down and support them by buying a sausage and helping them on their journey!
We will be at the Irish Club today and tomorrow - from 1pm.
It’s a great day out at the Irish Club this weekend. There will be live music, great atmosphere, and plenty of craic as we celebrate the best weekend of the year in Auckland.
