Thank you to Papapnui High school for the opportunity to share our talented students in Term 2 Week 1,
The talented performing arts students from Tangaroa College in Auckland brought us an unforgettable experience with their production of Songs of Moana. We welcomed them with open hearts and were truly amazed by their high-energy performance, beautiful harmonies, and soulful singing. Their dedication to sharing their culture through song, dance, and drama was truly inspiring.
Our students showed their appreciation with a rousing haka to honour the incredible talents of the visiting group. The interaction between the performers and the audience created a warm and inviting atmosphere that left a lasting impression on everyone who attended.
It was a joy to witness the passion and creativity of these students as they shared their talents with us. We are grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of such a special evening filled with music, culture, and unity.

C2 Barbers giving students the opportunity to learn skills to pay the bills.
So many undercover barbers in the Tangaroa playgrounds but one in particular Year 12 Student Hauati Manitisa is putting his skills he learnt from the Term 1 barber class to work in the community. He is now working out of the The Otara Kai Village at the Otara town centre so if you need a fix up go see him on Thursday to Saturday afterschool and weekend.
