The Aim High Sport Programme combines physical activities with fun challenges that encourage focus, memory, coordination, and problem-solving. Participants build confidence, stay active, and develop important thinking skills while enjoying a variety of engaging exercises.

Learning movement through music helps strengthen cognitive skills such as memory, concentration, and listening. It also improves coordination, balance, and body awareness while encouraging creativity and self-expression.

At Aim High Day Service, cooking is about more than making lunch. Participants are developing important life skills such as meal preparation, food safety, and independence. Every new skill learned today is a step towards greater confidence tomorrow. 💙

🧹 Aim High Community Clean-Up Day 🧹
Aim High had another successful clean-up day at NorthCourt Mall! Our participants worked together to pick up rubbish and help keep the area clean and welcoming for everyone.
It was great to see the positive impact of our efforts, with the area looking much cleaner afterwards. Activities like this not only support our community but also provide valuable opportunities for participants to build social skills, teamwork, and confidence.

At Aim High Day Service, every day is filled with opportunities to learn, connect, and grow. From vocational training, swimming, art and cooking to music, taekwondo, gardening, and community outings, our participants enjoy a wide range of activities that build confidence, independence, and wellbeing.

Our Aim High Disability Support class had a fantastic gym session today. Everyone enjoyed getting active, building strength, and having fun together in a supportive and encouraging environment.
