Created by our amazing Pacific Rep, Natara, these weekly hangout brought students together with good food, fun games, and chill island vibes. 🥥🎶

We loved seeing everyone connect, relax, and share laughs each week — it truly became a special space for our Pacific community and friends.

Whether you’re a beginner or already throwing combos, their Muay Thai sessions are the perfect way to build strength, confidence, and skill. Students had an awesome time training with the club, and we’re excited to welcome even more of you in!

🏸 Unitec Badminton Tournament 2025 🏆

What an incredible day on the court! Huge congratulations to all the winners of each competition — you smashed it! 💥🔥

From friendly rallies to intense finales, everyone brought their A-game and the energy was unreal. We loved seeing students laughing, competing, and creating moments that we hope become amazing memories.

We, the Student Council, had an absolute blast hosting this event and hope it was just as unforgettable for you as it was for us. 💛

UNITEC AFRICAN UBUNTU CLUB

The Unitec African Ubuntu Club, through the spirit of Ubuntu, looks to connect, get together and support African students, staff and anyone who is interested in exploring and celebrating diverse African cultures and traditions. Ubuntu is signified by the phrase, “I am, because we are”, meaning that we do not function nor exist as individuals, but our actions should contribute to the collective good of the communities we find ourselves in.
