Learning, exploring & making memories!
Our students headed to Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki for our latest Social Club outing, putting their descriptive language skills to work while soaking up some incredible art along the way.
From striking kimono-inspired textile art featuring iconic monsters like Godzilla and King Kong, to classic European portraiture and intricate contemporary tapestries, there was so much to spark curiosity, creativity, and great conversation!
At Seafield, learning goes beyond the classroom. We love creating opportunities for our students to explore Auckland, connect with one another, and build unforgettable memories together.

There's so much to see and do around Auckland. Last week, our students enjoyed a visit to the Wintergardens at Auckland Domain.
It was designed in the early 1900s in the style of the famous English partnership of Edwin Lutyens and Gertrude Jeckyll and opened in 1913.
Rare and spectacular plants to see include the Amorphopallus titanum (co**se flower)! Once you smell it, you'll know why it gets that nickname 👃🤢

Our students began embracing the Matariki spirit by learning a fun new waiata together, sharing some kai, and making a special wish upon a star — Hiwa-I-Te-Rangi The Wishing Star. We enjoyed celebrating the start of The Māori New Year with you and hope all your wishes come true! Mauri ora!

Our students went for a day out at Western Springs recently.
This centrally located, Auckland park is a popular destination, drawing visitors with its charming lake at the heart of it all.
