Kia ora! Kamusta! Bello🍌 sa inyong lahat! I’m Margaux and ah yes, they made the introvert the PR Officer 🤘
I am extremely honoured and thrilled to take on this role and to:
* connect our Filipino community with those around us!
* be curious to learn, celebrate, share, and reach out to wider community + groups!
* strengthen kapwa + whanaungatanga!

Lastly, my main aspiration is to help build spaces where people don’t just feel ‘allowed’ to be in -
but ones where they (we all) get to belong.

Everyone is most welcome to join us for this exciting day of fun and celebration of Filipino culture! Come try staple Filipino foods, watch dance and singing performances, and most importantly, a fashion show featuring .The fashion show will showcase traditional Filipino attires such as the Barong Tagalog for men, and the Filipiniana and Baro’t Saya for women!

P.S. We are still looking for 2 singer/s and 1 dancer/s, which could be solo or by group. We prefer to lean more on cultural performances, but anything is also fine. Please fill out this form:
