The Waste Free Period Programme, delivered by Charlotte Baker from Waste-Ed with support from Auckland Council, is helping students learn about reusable menstrual products while breaking down the stigma around periods at Vanguard Military School

Through open and practical discussions, students explore sustainable options such as period underwear, reusable pads and menstrual cups, gaining confidence to make informed choices that suit their lifestyle and needs.
