We absorb energy from the people and things around us, so make sure you surround yourself with positivity.

Accept offers of help and spend as much time as you can with supportive people – people who understand how you’re feeling, want to help and yet are prepared to nudge you along occasionally if they suspect you need it.

This is a new start for you so after a period of healing, maybe therapy where you work on your confidence, negative patterns or demons, start to step out of your comfort zone.

Going through a divorce or breakdown of a relationship, no matter what the circumstances are, is never easy. The process itself is hard enough, so by the time it's over and you're left to deal with the aftermath, you can feel incredibly drained emotionally.

When you've spent a significant portion of your life with a person, how do you even begin to think about moving on? If you have kids together, it can feel even more challenging. But moving on with your life and starting over definitely is possible, you just might need a little help (and of course that magic word—time).

While you probably have some true friends you can reach out to at this time, don't be surprised if you get a cold shoulder from some people. If they were mutual friends with your ex-partner, they may be more loyal to them than you, so focus on those who do want to be there for you and on cultivating new relationships. Whether old or new, friendships can help support you through this transition.

The month of February is a transitional month. The word February is born from the Latin word Februarius, meaning to “purify” or “cleanse.”. There is a change in the air this time of year and like in our Ex Factor’s butterfly symbol, we are in a transitional period in our life.

Not only does it host Valentines Day, which is a day to celebrate the one who is special to us, but it also brings a week dedicated to kindness. On the 17th of February, we invite you to go out and be kind to others, but most importantly YOURSELF.

It is due to this focus of purification, kindness and love that we host our next workshops in this important month. Our workshops will be held each Saturday (5th, 12th, 19th and 26th Feb).

Spaces are limited to only 6 people so come visit our website to secure your space and find out how to invest in YOU today! Your tomorrow deserves it.
