Must have the following attributes:
• Experience working in a high volume busy kitchen
• Ability to work in a team
• Must be able to run the kitchen ensuring a smooth and efficient service
• Ensure quality control of all prepared meals
• Must have great communication skills
• Availability to work to roster which may include weekends

Three + years experience working in a similar environment. Must be living in New Zealand with NZ Permanent Residency, current valid work visa or Citizenship.
