My Ikigai - My Purpose - Doing What I Love ❤️ ❤️️ ❤. This was the session I facilitated at The University of Auckland of Auckland for the BinaPavo Leadership & Enculturation Programme with Leilanie Mohd Nor, called Weaving Aotearoa New Zealand and Malaysia MADANI Perspectives.

My Session - Emotional Leadership: Self and Team Success was a day of laughter, tears, emotions, reflection, learning and love.

We weaved feelings, emotions, triggers, leadership identities, unconscious and conscious actions and self-awareness using The Emotional Culture Deck – Certified Practitioner.

E + R = O (Event + Response = Outcome) was the "Leadership reminder" that we can only own our "R" if we want to change our impact on ourselves and others. Emotions are drivers of our "R" (response) to self (can we? well, we? do we want to?) and how we lead and support others.

This Leadership Team from Malaysia were truly magical and inspirational. Twenty-one mid and senior leaders from Malaysia are immersed in a fully integrated Auckland University Business School weeklong leadership development programme.

I feel so absolutely blessed to be involved in the programme.
