ANZAC Day 2022 – Lest We Forget...

We had so much today running a Wheels’ Day, Easter Egg Hunting and yummy 😋 sausages together to finish our week before the long weekend.

Our tamariki enjoyed riding/ cycling in the carpark, and watching what happening on the road ( cars, trucks, rubbish collection, neighbours walking pass…).

We wish everyone a safe and sound Easter holiday!

Yesterday morning, a group of tamariki were interested in the road works happening on our street currently, here are some photos and a clip of their conversations about what was happening on the construction site outside our windows. 🚧 🦺

We had so much learning / talks about how do we keep ourselves healthy: Eating healthy food, exercises, looking after our wellbeing, and be happy 😃

Happy New Year Whānau!

Since last week, most of our tāmariki are back from their long summer holiday, and started enjoying the days at kindy with their friends again.

This week, we have been busy in decorating our kindy for Chinese New Year with some artwork and crafts. We would like to send our warmest wishes to all of our families/whānau and friends:

We have celebrated our annual Christmas Party quite different this year. Despite of the strict lockdown in place, we had a great fun and made sure it was memorable for our tamariki! We missed our whanau joining us but we are hopeful that next year, we will be able to celebrate with them again!

Diwali - Festival of Lights is celebrated yearly which signifies the triumph of light over darkness, good over evil, and renewal of life. Diwali is celebrated around the world with gifts, lights, fireworks and special meals. Today at kindy the tamariki did various arts and crafts to celebrate Diwali. We would like to thank our Indian families in providing resources that we can use today with the children.. HAPPY DIWALI TO ALL OUR INDIAN FAMILIES!🪔🎆🎇
