Traditional Chinese Festivals
2.Lantern Festival
Falling on the 15th day of the first lunar month, Lantern Festival is the first significant feast after Chinese New Year. The most important activity on that night is watching various wonderful Chinese lanterns. And because every household eats yuan xiao (a rice ball stuffed with different fillings) on that day, it is also called Yuan Xiao Festival. The other traditional activities include guessing lantern riddles, lion dance, and walking on stilts.
