St Joseph's Catholic School We are a Catholic state integrated school for boys from Year 0-6 and girls from Year 0-8.

Established in 1848, the school is one of the three oldest Catholic primary schools in the Auckland diocese. When a child enrols at St Joseph’s Catholic School their family joins a school with a very long and proud Mercy tradition. Our aim is to guide and nurture each child to reach their full potential in all areas of school life, striving for excellence in all that we do. We form very close link

Every Wednesday our Year 5 & 6 netball team have been playing and have offically been put in a grade. They had their first official game, and brought home a win! Well done! Thanks Ms Lonili Sangster for being their coach! Keep it up St Josephs netball-ers!

To our St Josephs students who have received their First Holy Communion - well done!
We acknowledge Ms Lonili Sangster who alongside the teachers walked with our children with formation. Children, let this not be the last time you come to receive Jesus in the Eucharist.... See you at Mass!

We celebrated the coming of the Holy Spirit - Pentecost, gathering for Mass and Fr Iosefo Timu encouraged us the breathe on others, literally which made the children giggle, but we are to Breathe Life! Breath of the Spirit comes among us through us today!

We had some of our students pray in languages of their own ethnicity Maori, Samoan, Tongan, Cook Island, Hawaaian, Tagalog, Indian, African (Nigerian - Ibo) and as a multicultural people we are one in the Spirit.

Our classes wore symbols of the Holy Spirit to Mass ... and also celebrated with cupcakes as today we celebrate the birthday of our Church...

St Josephs are very lucky and blessed to have our amazing Support Staff.

Whether they are providing 1-on-1 support, group support, managing classroom transitions, making sure our school looks beautiful, ensuring school systems and resources are accessible for everyone, or just jumping in wherever there is a gap.....

THEY ALL TRULY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND EVERY SINGLE DAY.

St Josephs runs as smoothly as it does because of their dedication, patience, and heart.

Thank you
