A huge 1-0 result last week Wednesday against Mt Roskill to secure our spot in the Final against Kings College. This game was Luke’s long awaited game to receive his cap for the 1st XI after having to stand down majority of the season due to College Sport rules.
Additionally a massive thanks to Kookaburra Hockey AUS & NZ for setting us up with some new gear.
A huge combination from Westlakers Ryan Parr and James Hickson last night during the Vantage Blacksticks opener vs Netherlands. We are incredibly proud of these two lads playing at the highest level at the Hockey World Cup! They play their 2nd match vs Japan at 7.30pm tomorrow New Zealand time. 🦢🏑🦢

It’s a must win game today against Mount Roskill to secure our spot in the Final next Wednesday against Kings College. Today is also our last home game for the season and last home game for our year 13’s before we head down to Dunedin for Rankin cup.

A dominant 5-1 win yesterday against Sacred Heart at LEP. We build into next week against Mt Roskill which is a must win game to secure our spot in the Final.

Upcoming friendly rematch of the 3rd and 4th game at Rankin cup 2025 against Ruamata at 12:30pm. This is a great opportunity to prepare for upcoming Rankin cup which is down in Dunedin at the end of August

Huge 12-0 win over Pakūranga College yesterday to put us into 2nd on the table over Auckland Grammar. We celebrated some of the boys for their significant achievement in receiving their premier hockey caps which is in recognition of 14 games for the 1st XI

The 1st XI take on Pakūranga College tomorrow at 6:20pm on Cello 1. After a big win last week against AGS the boys are looking strong for this upcoming fixture 🇮🇹

A big 50th cap for Matthew Knight against 2nd on the table Auckland Grammar managing to come away with a convincing 3-0 win. Matthew has been a crucial part of the 1st XI since last season with his classy 3D skills, Forehand hits and goal scoring ability. A huge congratulations to Matthew knight on this significant achievement and we go again next week.🇮🇹🦢
