At our Montessori, children are actively involved in food preparation, developing independence, care, and practical life skills. Here, a child is thoughtfully offering another child toast that he prepared showing
kindness, generosity, and respect for others.

Montessori children show compassion towards others by developing kindness, empathy, respect, and an understanding of caring for people and their environment. Through grace and courtesy lessons, mixed-age learning, and collaborative experiences, children learn to help, support, and value one another.
