Stephanie is one of the best in the business. I have known her for many years and she is a passionate and caring educator. She has the children's learning and development at the forefront of her mind. Always making sure they are mentally stimulated while also providing a safe and happy environment. Her spaces don't come up very often so be quick

I had no idea 14 years ago that, I would learn so much about myself and from the little people in my care when I became an Home Base Educator. With Little cubs.....
I have nurtured so many little people, providing them a safe, happy, loving home away from home..... I have watched these little people grow and become confident.Reaching milestones! and say their first words!! to taking their first steps. Celebrate their graduations from kindergarten. Been there for the First day of school and so much more, this had me extremely excited about been such and important part of their life and the lives of the families.
Going though the happy time's and celebrating the wins was exhilarating.
I felt valued and appreciated and there was nothing I wouldn't do for my children or the families in my care or pasted children in care I did weekends Saturday's for year's and over night stays when little brothers and sisters were born. Children in care needed a dentist check up. I would take them, children needed a Doctors appointment I would take them.
Children with special needs had their development specialists appointments in my home helping take the pressure off the families so they could have time off over Christmas. Saving there leave for family time.
My families in care come from all over the world and I was happy to learn more about their culture and where I could I would make it special for the children in care by sourcing some of there favorite snacks, foods or toys, having this for special occasions just for them was magical.
I have given this my 110% for 14 year's and 4 months. This has been the most difficult discussion I have ever made. This decision hasn't been an easy one, As an Educator you become invested in the children and family's you care for. It's now time to invest in myself and my children.

Simple things like laughing about a joke together, telling jokes, noticing together the funny side of a situation. All of these display a positive, healthy disposition to life and send signals to your child that being happy is the best state in which to live...happy little people make me happy.
