Knee problems are increasing more than ever.. but

The knee is often the victim, not always the root cause.

Weak glutes can be one of the hidden reasons behind knee pain.

Scientifically, your glute muscles — especially the glute medius and glute maximus — help stabilize the hips and control the position of your knees during walking, running, squatting, and climbing stairs.

When the glutes are weak:
• The hips become unstable
• Knees tend to collapse inward (knee valgus)
• Extra pressure is placed on the knee joint and kneecap
• Quads and hamstrings start overcompensating

That’s why many people keep treating the knee while the real issue may start higher up at the hips and glutes.

The goal is not just pain relief — it is restoring proper movement and muscle balance.
