Well done to all the students who completed the Summer Reading Challenge for 25/26!! We held a morning tea and prize giving in the library to celebrate. Thank you very much to Paper Plus in Highland Park for the generous and wonderful book donations!!

The impact of reading is cumulative. The more you read, the more your vocabulary and knowledge will grow. Knowledge is ‘sticky’—like Velcro. The more knowledge we have, the more that will ‘stick’ to it, in turn helping us to understand more of what we read. Make time for reading at home every day.
