Today, AIS turned into a mini world tour 🌍

Students and staff from over 40 countries brought their culture to the cafeteria: performances, food stalls, music, prizes, and plenty of dancing along the way.

It was also Student Club Associations Day, so on top of the celebrations, students got to explore AIS clubs and find their people on campus.

Thanks to everyone who came out, performed, danced, and shared a piece of home with the rest of us!

Our Marketing and Hospitality Management students recently heard from Prasheel Churi, General Manager of The Sebel Auckland Manukau, on "The Future of Hospitality Marketing."

He covered:
✓ Building loyalty beyond rewards programmes
✓ Retention strategies for long-term customer relationships
✓ Using AI, data and personalisation to improve guest experience
✓ Preparing future leaders for a fast-changing digital landscape

One thing stuck with us: technology is changing hospitality, but human connection is still at its core. As Mr Churi put it, the future isn't simply "more digital," it's technology paired with genuine warmth.
