A little late, but too special not to share! 💐❤️

In May, we had the privilege of celebrating the wonderful mums, grandmothers, and mother figures in the lives of our tamariki. Thank you for your love, sacrifice, guidance, and care. We are grateful for the important role you play in shaping the next generation.

“Her children rise up and call her blessed.” Proverbs 31:28

Our tamariki were learning about the ten bridesmaids and the importance of being ready. 🕯️

It’s always important to instill these values while children are young! Through Bible stories, kindness, and good choices, we are helping build strong character and godly values for the future. ❤️🙏🏽

The children love watching this experiment!
Simple hands on learning helps our tamariki understand why handwashing is important. By seeing the “germs” move away from the soap, children learn healthy habits through exploration, observation, and discovery.

Learning through play, with purpose. 💙

Today we’re learning our alphabet and having lots of fun along the way!

🌺 ANZAC at St Andrews Preschool

This week our tamariki learnt about ANZAC Day, taking time to remember and give thanks for the soldiers who served our country and gave so much.
We shared that soldiers are people who go to war to protect our country and keep us safe.

They painted poppies using their hands, baked ANZAC biscuits, and stood together in a moment of silence. They did so well, and we were really proud of them.

(You may notice a few small cuts in the video as we respect the privacy of some of our children.)

As we remember their sacrifice, we also shared what God’s Word says:
“Give honour to whom honour is owed.” Romans 13:7

“Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.” John 15:13
