If your child would like to enter an animal for Calf Club Day, they will need to complete an entry form by Friday 11 September. These forms are available from the school office or on the Drury School website.

Yesterday we took a boys basketball team to play in the ECCS basketball competition. This is the first time we have entered a team into this new tournament run through our sports cluster. The boys were in the competitive grade and came away with an impressive 3 wins from 4 games. A great result that they should be very proud of. A huge thanks to Miss Shaw for helping the boys prepare for this competition.

Last Friday we had more than 50 students and some staff absent with flu like symptoms and some confirmed cases of Influenza A and B.

To help control the spread of this sickness at school please keep your children at home if they have a fever or other flu symptoms.

We know how hard it is to see the doctor so thought we’d share this online GP service information with you. Free for under 14s.

Congratulations to our Book Character winners - The three little pigs, Alvin and the Chipmunks, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Willie Wonka, Captain Underpants, Anne of Green Gables, Jack and the Beanstalk and Bumblebee Transformer. You all looked amazing.
