Expectation:
A peaceful workout while baby sleeps.

Reality:
Baby needs feeding.
Baby wants cuddles.
Baby wants snacks.
Baby wants to supervise.

And honestly?

That's perfectly normal.

One of the biggest myths around prolapse:

"If I have a prolapse, I should stop exercising."

For many women, the opposite is true.

The right exercise can help improve symptoms, build confidence and support recovery.

The key is finding movement that works with your body, not against it.

At Kangatraining we focus on:
✔ Postural awareness
✔ Functional strength
✔ Core connection
✔ Pelvic floor-friendly movement

Exercise isn't all or nothing.

It's about finding the right fit.

Best Friends Day feels like the perfect excuse to celebrate the friendships formed at Kanga.

Some of these friendships have lasted years.

Some babies who met in class are now at school together.

And it all started with showing up to one class.

Nobody talks enough about how hard it can be to make friends after having a baby.

Kangatraining isn't just exercise.

It's finding people who understand what life with a baby is really like.

Tag a Kanga friend you're grateful for ❤️

One of the most common questions we get:

"Can my baby face out during class?"

The answer is no.

We keep babies inward facing because:
✔ Better airway protection
✔ Better support during movement
✔ Better sleep
✔ Better protection if mum trips
✔ Better positioning for baby's hips and spine
✔ Manufacturers recommended you shoukd only outward face for 20 minutes
✔ If baby falls asleep you need to move them inward facing immediately (and we all know Kangatraining is full of sleepy dust)

If your baby wants to see the world, we'll show you safe alternatives like a back carry when they're developmentally ready
