Fun times continue around every corner on Gala Day

page for the Victoria Avenue School, Gala 2017 State Primary School Gala Fundraiser for Victoria Avenue Primary School.
Purpose of the event is to raise substantial funds for the school to provide the students with specialised teaching resources and enable the Board of Trustees to spend on prioritised educational equipment.

Wow! What a day!
Fun, sunshine, entertainment, delicious food and a brilliant team of volunteers helped deliver a Gala filled of stalls and promise. Victoria Avenue School can stand up and be proud of their Community. Big thank you to the generous Sponsors and our giving Donators, without you this glorious day would not have come to life. Thank you for the patience, trust and support of the Staff at Victoria Ave School. To the Gala Team - whoever said it can't be done in 9 weeks? You guys are my heroes

Beautiful morning for a pre-Gala setup. 10 hours of hustle and bustle. Massive collection of books ready to stack, extensive array of clothes, bags and shoes. The Toys have been stacked and the sweets and cakes priced.

Cake 🎂 boxes went home with Students today. Looking forward to seeing some scrummy home baking on the Gala Day. Prospective buyers - will need to get in quick to snag a slice, tart or cake.

A gracious thank you to the warm hearted generosity of MAERSK for donating 2 x 20ft containers for storing all our white elephant items. Also to Mike Dargaville at Bonney & Sons for their kindness, yet again for donating transport of the Containers. Great job Sonny for navigating the School driveway.
