Matariki is about coming together, sharing stories, and strengthening the connections that make us who we are.

This year, our incredible AKA Rōpū Waiata had the privilege of taking the spirit of Matariki beyond our campuses, visiting aged care facilities across Auckland to share waiata, tell the stories of the Matariki stars, and create moments of joy, reflection, and connection with residents. 💚✨

More than a performance, it was an opportunity to honour the values of Matariki - remembering the past, celebrating the present, and looking ahead with hope - while building meaningful relationships within our wider community.
