PNS is a Y1–8 kura offering both English and Te Reo Maaori pathways. Our tamariki are encouraged to lead, try new things, and be proud of who they are.

We believe school is more than a place of learning, it is a community where relationships come first.

Yesterday our Year 5 and 6 students played in the Franklin Rugby competition. Rugby was the winner on the day, and everyone came back to kura with big stories to tell about their awesome tackles and sportsmanship. The team were awesome, especially playing without subs! Kapai to mahi team!
We look forward to sending our Year 7 and 8 students off to compete today.

Mauri ora PNS Whānau

On Friday night our kura was full of energy, music, moonwalks and big smiles at our Michael Jackson themed Disco. It was awesome to see our tamariki dancing with their friends, showing off their moves and having a great time together. A huge shout out to our Te Whānau Puarohi team for their smooth moves, organisation and mahi behind the scenes. Our kids had an absolute blast, the dance floor was full of sparkle, laughter, and PNS energy.

Over the past few weeks, we have shared a range of opportunities to support our whānau on the parenting journey. Raising tamariki doesn't come with an instruction manual, and sometimes a fresh idea, a new perspective or simply hearing from others can make all the difference. This week's opportunity is with Pio, who will share practical, down-to-earth strategies grounded in both mātauranga Māori and lived experience. Join us at Tamaoho School on Thursday 18 June at 6.00pm. A light supper will be provided.

Week 9 Reminders
- Please drive with care, slow down at the crossings, watch for little

come to school with their school jumper, socks, shoes and a warm
