The next World Championships are to be held in Asuncion, Paraguay, from the 17th – 24th of October 2027.

Note that Pre-Junior age 12 – 14, Junior 15-17, Adult 18 years or older as of the 31st December 2026.

We would like expressions of interest prior to the end of October 2026. If you register now you receive information directly as we send it.

The trial, camp dates and details will be confirmed in early November 2026.

**2026 ITKD Award Finalists Announced**

Congratulations to everyone nominated for the **2026 International Taekwon-Do New Zealand Awards**. Each region has selected outstanding students, instructors, clubs and officials whose dedication and achievements have earned them recognition at a national level.

The finalists will now be reviewed by a panel of Grand Masters, with the winners to be announced at the National Tournament.
