1. Encourage and support the progression of Cook Islands Māori to higher levels of education and learning
2. Develop a strategic framework to sustainably support Cook Islands Māori tertiary students
3. Develop policy and activities which enhance educational outcomes for Cook Islands Māori
4. Liaise with relevant tertiary education providers to increase Cook Islands Māori enrolments
5. Promote and support Cook Islands Māori students to complete Cook Islands Māori courses
6. Guide career pathways and support the aspirations and participation of Cook Islands Māori in education and learning opportunities
7. Provide structured mentoring linking Alumni to students to ensure successful completion of their respective programmes
8. Establish a network of Cook Islands Māori Tertiary Education Alumni
