Right, this is a very good buy.
Santagata Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5 litre tin was $160 and is now $125, so you’re saving $35.
If you use olive oil properly and get through a bit of it, this is the sort of thing worth jumping on while the price is sharp.
Special price ends 30 June. https://www.gaultsdeli.co.nz/product/santagata-extra-vergin-olive-oil-5-liter-tin/
They’re calling it a kitchen hack. In a proper kitchen, it’s just Tuesday.
Have you visited my deli here in Auckland yet?

I used to think I could get away without wearing an apron.
I'd jump into the kitchen to cook something quickly and before I knew it there'd be oil splatters down the front of my shirt. I've ruined more shirts than I care to admit.
These days it's apron first, cooking second.
For King's Birthday Weekend, Briscoes has my aprons, kitchen gloves and pot holders at 60% off today and tomorrow.
The funny thing is I originally wanted an apron that actually looked good. Most aprons seem to be designed on the assumption nobody will ever see you wearing them.
Anyway, if you've been thinking about grabbing one, or you're still using kitchen gloves and pot holders that have seen better days, this weekend's probably the time.
And if it saves just one of your favourite shirts, it'll have paid for itself.
Cheers,
Simon
