It’s a large part of Kiwi culture to call anyone guy, no matter their gender. I sow seeds of something else wherever I go, and sometimes it is received, and often times it is shrugged away. “That’s just a term.” “That’s just how we say it.” “It’s a language thing.”
Well… No.
Language crafts culture, one word at a time. The way we use language creates a resonance or dissonance field. What is it that you are creating?
Calling a female-bodied human a guy (man) creates dissonance. I have a new suggestion for you.
Read my latest article, in which I explore how “harmless” phrases quietly shape women’s realities, and how we can use the technology of language to shift from self-doubt to empowered creation.

“Following the impulse of love nurtures the place that already exists.” Patsy Blackstock
We had our second in person “Togethering” at Revite Café in Motueka, NZ, yesterday.
These Togetherings don’t have a script and are informed by radical honesty amongst the women that turn up. We are committed to each other’s beings, and from there a lot of wisdom pours into the space. It’s not always comfortable, and it is connective. Growth happens at this place beyond the comfort zones. And Love.
If you’d like to experience a Togethering: the next online space happens on Wednesday 18 February, from 7-8:30pm NZ (am CET).
Free for members | $/€ 15-30 for non-members
Bring a non-alcoholic drink of your choice and your willingness to be authentic and feel.

From Nelson to Germany and beyond, a small but committed community has been forming around these Radically Alive Women Edgecast conversations.
The Nelson Weekly article and NZ Webfest award simply shine a light on what you have been co‑creating by listening, sharing, and bringing your courage to these themes.
If you feel the pull to live more radically alive, listen to an episode this week at radicallyalivewomen.com/edgecast – then tag someone who needs to hear it too.

This year I opened up, together with , a money exploration space for women.
It is clear that money is simply the symptom of underlying limiting beliefs. These run deep and are often ancient (and outdated). They perpetuate a status quo that no longer serves.
We also noticed the close connection between money and pleasure, and money and perceptions of self-worth in women. The pain that may of us may carry around money holds valuable information for what else could be, and how else it could go. From there can emerge new systems!
Over the course of two six-week cycles in the last few months, we have gathered a wealth of discoveries that we want to share with you. We made some pretty wild experiments together that point to new ways.
We also want to hear your questions, and lean with you into our next Beyond Money space.
You are welcome to join us in exchange for your presence on January 6, 7-8:30pm NZ (7-8:30am CET). This meeting will be recorded and shared publicly.

What is a solstice?
Solstice is that potent moment when Earth leans closest toward or away from the Sun, gifting one hemisphere its longest day and the other its shortest. A cosmic pause, a turning point in the wheel of the year.
Long before modern Christmas, humans gathered around this time to honour the winter and summer solstices with light, feasting, and evergreens. Christmas later grew around these midwinter celebrations of the “return of the Sun.”
Solstice reminds us we belong to something vast and alive. This awareness invites us to ground in nature, remember our place in the larger whole, and realign our direction in life.
Solstice is a doorway into togetherness: to celebrate, to experience community, to honour the love we share. Presence is the greatest gift we can offer each other and the living world, holding immense healing potential.
Ancient cultures marked solstices with rituals of life, death, and rebirth—fires, dancing, feasts, monuments aligned with the Sun. These celebrations wove human life with celestial rhythms and agricultural cycles, honouring the power of light.
If this season feels stressful, pause. Feel the Earth beneath your feet, come back into your body, breathe, soften. Let yourself relax into presence. All is well.
At Solstice, the Sun’s path seems to stand still for a moment before reversing - hence “solstice,” from Latin sol (sun) and sistere (to stand still). A perfect metaphor for us: to stand still, listen deeply, and then move on with renewed clarity.

Wutkraft.

Who are you when you allow life to flow, for this miraculous force to unfold through you?
It sure keeps surprising me.
When I truly let it happen and trust the next step, I end up in the most divine, inconceivable, unplanned experiences.
For example, I found myself in awe, wondering about the intelligence of life, as I sat amongst a circle of 25 powerful women this past weekend, most of which I had never seen in person or online. I sat amongst healers, midwives, soul guardians, musicians, film makers, coaches and trainers, and more. Of most of them I have no idea (yet) what they do. I do have an impression of who they are, however. I met women who are reconnecting with their roots, their indigineity, their belonging to the Earth. I met them because I followed the impulse and creation force of .frank.einfach.sein .
Without knowing each other, we all came together for the purpose of addressing our women’s shadows with each other, of making ourselves visible with all that we are, and of sharing this visibility also on screen. Stay tuned if the outcome interests you!
There was this hunger of being real with each other, of radical honesty. It wasn’t all pink and fluffy, for sure. This isn’t a walk in the park. It is a walk straight into the heart of the darkness, from which our new shapes can emerge. It was chaotic. It was divine. It was gentle. It was connective. It was triggering old mechanisms. It was real, and raw.
I came out of this immersion with a warm, open and softle heart. My life is this richer from this experience.
I am touched by the Beauty of us Women in all our gentleness, wisdom, and fierce strength.
In Love,
Julia

It wasn’t amused by my presence. I listened and left this part of the woods.

Integrity
Not just a word: a way of being.
Integrity is the quality of being whole onto yourself - living honestly and in alignment with your innate values, your bright principles, and your authentic, organic nature. It’s not about following rules or external expectations. It’s about showing up fully as you, with clarity, courage, and alignment.
In the words of Werner Erhard, integrity is about embodying what you say you are. And from the perspective of feminine integrity, it’s also about fluidity, receptivity, and staying attuned to your inner truth while engaging with the world.
The way this can look like is listening to, acknowledging and acting in accordance with the soft whispers within that serve as your inner compass and can so easily be overlooked and dismissed.
When you live in integrity, your life becomes a reflection of your soul’s intelligence, not someone else’s logic. This is where your magic can unfold, your beauty can shine, and you can gain traction.
