Te Wiki o te Reo Māori and Mahuru Māori is coming, and we have lots of exciting things planned! ✨💜

To celebrate, we’ll be sharing a series of fun and practical content to give you ideas for incorporating and celebrating te reo Māori in your everyday life.

And there’s more… 👀 We’re also giving away a special NZTC kit featuring te reo Māori resources and Kia Kaha Te Reo Māori merch! 🎉

This year’s kaupapa, Reo Towns, invites us to celebrate the reo Māori and identity of the places we live, work and learn.
So, we’d love you to join us and show us where you’re from through te reo Māori!

How to enter:
- Create a photo or video related to the Reo Towns kaupapa and share something about your town, city or local area through te reo Māori.
- Post it on your own social media account.
- Tag us in your post: on Instagram or New Zealand Tertiary College on Facebook.
- Comment “DONE” on this giveaway post.

Terms & Conditions:
- Open to anyone with a NZ postal address and will be contacted directly by NZTC.
- Entry period: 24/08 – 30/08�- One winner will be selected and contacted by 2 September 2026.
- The prize kit contains: 1 NZTC Animal Memory Match, 1 NZTC Bean Bag, 1 NZTC Play Parachute, 1 copy of He Taonga, and 2 Kia Kaha Te Reo Māori merchandise items. After more than 20 years in education, Harpreet Kaur took on a new chapter in Aotearoa, completing her Graduate Diploma in Teaching (Early Childhood Education) with NZTC.

From teaching and educational leadership in India to working with infants in ECE, Harpreet has continued to build on every experience along the way.
