🚲 🚗 Our first week of Transport begins-we have painted cones, road signs and traffic lights, we have made cars. We sung songs and read books. Of course we have been keen to ride the bikes and cars on the deck and in the playground. We had a mini car wash on Friday-cleaning small trains and cars. Thanks to Micah and Kayla’s family for bringing in the train sets. ✈️ 🚂

Final week of school holidays-we look forward to Term 3. Tamariki are excited to be part of a programme that encourages and engages.

🎉 Wacky Wednesday Fun in Tuakana! 🤪🌈

What a wonderfully wacky day we’ve had at Aubrey! Our Tuakana tamariki arrived dressed in the most creative, colourful, and crazy outfits, bringing so much excitement and laughter to the day. 💛

The fun continued as the tamariki discovered our playdough had been transformed into lots of different colours, and together we had fun creating the letter “W”. Then came another surprise… 🍎🐔 There were apples hidden in the chicken coop! The children couldn’t believe their eyes and loved searching to see what other wacky surprises they might find.

To finish our special day, we all gathered together to enjoy a delicious hot chocolate while reflecting on the funny and unexpected things that had happened throughout the day.

Days like these are filled with laughter, imagination, and wonderful memories. Thank you to all our whānau for helping make Wacky Wednesday such a fantastic success! 💕🌈

✨ Mānawatia a Matariki! ✨

Wishing all of our Aubrey whānau a wonderful and restful Matariki. 🌟

Our tamariki have loved celebrating together by sharing songs and dances with their whānau, as well as harvesting pumpkins and lemons from our garden. Together we turned our harvest into delicious pumpkin soup and lemon cake, celebrating the joy of working together and sharing kai.

We hope you enjoy this special time reflecting, connecting, and making treasured memories with your loved ones.
